Palm is a Sydney-based property and facility services company. We maintain properties, schedule the work, turn up, and document what we've done — for aged care and retirement communities, healthcare facilities, strata and owners corporations, schools, and commercial buildings across Sydney.
We started Palm because the market has a gap: large facility management companies are capable but hard for mid-sized operators to access, while smaller contractors are responsive but often lack the systems regulated environments need. Palm sits between the two.
